Project Scope

Mall City Mechanical was one of Treystar’s partners on a project to transform The Foundry. The Foundry was formerly an abandoned manufacturing site that they wanted to turn into an innovative, modernized, and inviting office space. The Foundry also wanted to include on-site dining for its guests

Services Provided:          

  • Design/Build project with a full mechanical system for a new build. 
  • HVAC/R design and installation.
  • Designed and installed new plumbing system.
  • Designed and installed building management systems. 

Benefits:

  • Renovated factory building from 1906 into an office and conference center for customers.
  • Removed old infrastructure and reinstalled new mechanical system.
  • Created office spaces and modernized buildings plumbing, HVAC/R and mechanical system.
  • Created on-site dining for the guests.
