Project Scope

MCM undertook a multi-story HVAC/mechanical piping improvement project at the City of Grand Rapids resulting in improved efficiency in water heating and cooling, updated air handling and new piping throughout.

HVAC

  • Demolition of existing and install new hydronic water heating systems
  • Modifications to existing hot water heating systems
  • Modifications to existing chilled water cooling systems
  • Demolition and installation of new air handling system
  • Complete new temperature control system

Plumbing/Piping:

  • Install pipe, fittings, valves and connections for sanitary drain and vent system
  • Install pipe, fittings, valves and connections for domestic water system
  • Pipe cleaning, pipe testing and disinfection of domestic water systems
