The GM plant in Wyoming is a 55year-old plant that had older equipment and every day service needs. They needed a company who could take care of HVAC/R, mechanical, piping, controls, and plumbing. They also needed a company that could do all of this work and keep the sustainability of the building, and employee productivity at the forefront of the decision making.

Designed and installed the HVAC/R infrastructure and heat exchangers.
Removed and installed new plumbing system.
Complete mechanical system renovation including new AHUs, terminal units, induction units, mechanical piping and controls.
Designed emergency plans for the factory machines and employees.
