Project Scope

Mall City teamed with EV Construction to design and perform the HVAC and plumbing scope for a new two-story 54,000 SF hospital including a full service 14-bed emergency department, imaging suite, lab, phlebotomy suit, 8-bed inpatient medical unit, retail pharmacy, kitchen, administrative suite, waiting areas and family medical practices on the second floor.

HVAC:

  • Designed, fabricated and installed ductwork

Plumbing:

  • Install new sanitary piping system
  • Install refrigeration and condensate pipe
  • Install domestic plumbing system

Medical Gas Piping:

  • Install medical air compressor
  • Provide emergency O2 connection
  • Install and connect all piping to alarm panel
  • Install medical vacuum system

Design Build:

  • Provided pre-construction and design build services
  • Managed budget constraints with multi disciplinary team
  • Managed financial budget with evaluation and value engineering to meet the $22 Million budget.
  • Complete Plumbing, HVAC, and Med Gas Systems
