The Foundry

Mall City Mechanical was one of Treystar’s partners on a project to transform The Foundry. The Foundry was formerly an abandoned manufacturing site that they wanted to turn into an innovative, modernized, and inviting office space. The Foundry also wanted to include on-site dining for its guests.

Mall City Mechanical revitalized The Foundry, a former gray-iron foundry and steel fabrication facility built in 1907.
