Bronson Healthcare Group (BHG) is committed to innovative healthcare solutions while respecting local heritage. This is evident in their approach to creating a new system laboratory by preserving portions of the historic Kalamazoo Gazette building, originally designed by renowned architect Albert Kahn. This project showcased BHG’s ability to balance historical preservation with modern healthcare needs.
In 2019, BHG partnered with CSM Group and Mall City Mechanical (MCM) to construct the Bronson Cancer Center, a five-story, 85,000-square-foot facility designed to provide comprehensive cancer care services. This collaboration resulted in a state-of-the-art treatment center that houses cutting-edge medical equipment while offering a healing environment for patients.
The project required meticulous planning and coordination from its inception. MCM implemented a comprehensive mechanical system to support various patient treatments while ensuring optimal comfort and functionality.
