MCM partnered with CSM Group to begin construction in 2019 on Bronson Cancer Center’s five-story center for various patient treatments. With 85,000 square feet, this project was strategically planned with the construction manager and owner from start to finish. It includes a chiller, four boilers, five air handling units, dry cooler with glycol, gas fireplace in the ground level, medical oxygen piping, P-tube and vacuum stations, kitchen equipment for the Sky Café, reverse osmosis system, stair pressurization fans, hazard exhaust systems and custom stainless steel piping, floor mounted rear discharge toilets, Duravet sinks, hydronic heating, and radiant ceiling panels. The focus of this project was to create a healing environment by installing important equipment to ensure the comfort of each person to visit this location.
